Please read and fill out the admission form for your 10’ x10’ booth fee payment.

ADMISSION CONDITIONS, FORM AND PAYMENT:

Admission Fee: $175. Payment must be paid no later than April 15, 2026. A $35 late fee will be added to the cost of the booth for payments made after April 15, 2026. If all fees are not received by April 30, 2026, your name will be removed from the Festival and the booth space will be re-assigned.

BY PAYING MY FEE OF $175, I AGREE TO THE BELOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS PROVIDED BY THE PSAC:

1. I will provide a current Event Sales Tax Certificate to the PSAC.

2. I will provide my own Fire Resistent booth. This booth will be white with four walls and must have a certificate of Fire Resistance (see photo example found on one fabric wall panel). If your certificate is not stitched to the fabric,  call the manufacturer and have them supply you with a certificate. (The Pagosa Springs Fire Marshall will inspect each booth for proof of fire resistance).

I will not use stakes to anchor my booth. I understand that weights (sand bags, concrete blocks, etc.) are the only accepted form of anchoring and must weight at least 25 lb. each.

3. I will have full personnel coverage in my booth during all show hours.

4. I agree to keep my booth open during show hours and will not break down early unless there is a family emergency, or the PSAC closes early due to inclement weather. 

5. I will have my booth set up no later than 4:00pm on Friday June 5. (Set up time starts at 9:00am on Friday June 5th.) I agree to the show hours of: Friday June 5th, from 5:00 to 8:00pm, on June 6th, show hours from 10:00am to 5:00pm, and on Sunday June 7th, show hours from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

6. I agree to pay PSAC the fee of $175 no later than April 15, 2026. If the fee is not received by April 15, 2026, a $35 late fee will be added to the cost of the booth. If all fees are not received by April 30, 2026 your name will be removed from the Festival and the booth space will be re-assigned. 

7. Please make a courtesy call to Two Old Crows Gallery, (970) 264-0800, if you feel you will not be able to attend this event.
